Shawn specializes in awkward sex scenes and awkward sex scenes only. When she receives a call from her former mentor, Fiona, Shawn is overjoyed at the opportunity to prove her skills and the worth of her style on set. 

Awkward Intimacy is a comedic celebration of intimacy coordinators and a critique of the types of sex scenes and representations of sex that cinema prioritises and promotes. It played at nearly a dozen international film festivals including Oscar-Qualifying PÖFF Shorts and BAFTA-Qualifying Manchester Film Festival.
